This is a late 1980s  Washburn Americana B16  5 string banjo.
Its in very good condition overall, and all original. Comes with the fitted case. 
Has fully bound neck with large inlays...a real beauty this one.

The B16 features a Maple resonator and rim, one piece flange, 11″ diecast tension hoop, Bell Brass tone ring, Clamshell tailpiece, standard chrome armrest, all 5 geared Planetary tuners and separate coordinator rods.
